Florian Amon is a teacher for English and Political Sciences at Berlin's Max-Delbrück Gymnasium. He is enthusiasted about increasing the chances of students' international experiences - both digitally and in real life - and about promoting democractic citizenship that embraces diversity. Many issues in today's society cannot any more be approached by a merely national education which lead his colleagues from four European schools and him to initiate the Erasmus+ co-funded project "Democracy in the Digital Era - Blessing or Curse?".
As a teacher he functions as a speaker on a daily basis, with one of the possibly most critical audiences. Furthermore, he possesses experience as Young Professional in international cooperation in the education sector for organizations such as GIZ, the Aga Khan Foundation and SIRIS Academic. In this context he was stage host at re:publica 2014.
